Contains pure Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) with added vitamin B6.

Ingredients: Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate; pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Recommended daily dose: Dissolve 1 serving of the powder in 150 ml of water. Take 5 g (1 scoop) before training, 2.5 g (1/2 scoop) after training. On non-training days, 1/2 scoop before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption.
